Individual Counselling
I counsel from a variety of therapeutic backgrounds, to the end of creating an effective treatment plan, but specialize in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). To summarize, DBT being more focused on emotion regulation skills, such as Mindfulness, while CBT is more self-reflection on the unhelpful thinking, emotions and behaviours, involved in a problem but can also incorporate Mindfulness too.
